So without further ado, let’s talk about some of the coolest Super Mice in history!

5. Hero Mice

Heromice by Geronimo Stilton is a mini book series featuring some top notch Mice to the Rescue! Geronimo Stilton our Mouse Hero whom the author named after himself watches over Muskrat City. He is determined to fight against all evil. Terrible Tony Sludge is the main evil doer and has escaped from prison! Geronimo Super Stilton and the Heromice are the only ones who can save Muskrat City from the ill-famed Sewer Rats attempt at a massive blackout! Will our superheroes fight bravely and defeat their foes without risking their fur? Discover the answer in this delightfully illustrated book.

4. Biker Mice from Mars

The animated series created by Rick Ungar took off in 1993. It lasted in the United States for three seasons. Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie, three brothers, escape a war on their home planet Mars. They land on Earth, only to have to defend it from the same evil that destroyed their homeland. These super mice loved motorcycles and had super weapons! Throttle uses a laser, Modo has a bionic arm and Vinnie uses flares. Lawrence Limburger, is a Plutarkian and the main protagonist. He disguises himself as a human, plotting to steal Earth’s resources to revitalize his own dying planet. Fun note, Marvel Comics published a three issue series of Biker Mice From Mars in the early 1990s.

3. Danger Mouse

Please tell me you have heard of Danger Mouse! Please! If you haven’t you must be really young, quick call your dad or favorite uncle and slap him through the phone! No don’t do that, that’s bad advice, just check out this YouTube video. Like it? Get Full Episodes of Danger Mouse here. I loved Danger Mouse as a kid. It was one of my favorite cartoons. The 1981 British animated television series created by Mark Hall had a complete reboot in 2015. We aren’t always for redirecting traffic to other peoples websites but this is too good not to share. For more on Danger Mouse check out the DM homepage here. You are welcome in advance!

2. Master Splinter

Hamato Yoshi also known as our beloved Master Splinter is mostly recognized for being the grumpy old rat that taught the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles everything they know. Stop right there! Do Not, I repeat, Do Not sell Master Splinter Short. Firstly, not only did he train the most fearsome warriors in Nickelodeon history; he remains one of the most powerful Ninjitsu Mutants in the Nick Universe. Secondly, Splinter has beaten Oruku Saki on more than one occasion; when his understudies couldn’t even touch the Shredder (with all of their forces combined).

Thirdly, no one has beat him up and up. Not even the Turtles in training. You want to talk about that time Shredder beat him down in front of his children? I call foul. Shredder had a Super Hyped Up Samuaria Suit. Not Fair! Raphael let fellow super hero Casey Jones get the best of him, yet Splinter took Casey down with ease. Let’s take a moment to acknowledge the greatness here. Finally, not only does he have sick moves he raised four kids by himself! In a dark, stinky New York Sewer without any child support! Props to Master Splinter for being one of the most bad ass rodents of all time!

1. Might Mouse

Unfortunately for the rest of the Mouses, Mice, Meece and Rodents it’s not a fair comparison when Mighty Mouse enters the conversation. It’s really not fair, at all. Mighty Mouse is basically Superman, but a MOUSE. He has crazy powers which none of the other rodents on this list have. He’s basically all of them combined and better. Stronger, Faster oh and he can fly. There isn’t a cat that can stand in his way. No sidekicks, no bothers, no biker gang, no children, no help. Just Mighty Mouse and his powers.

The American animated Super Hero Mouse was a character created by the Terrytoons studio for 20th Century Fox. The character first appeared in 1942 and fought off evil cats for 80 theatrical films between 1942 and 1961. The character was twice revived, by Filmation Studios in 1979 and in 1987 by animation director Ralph Bakshi, who had worked at the Terrytoons earlier in his career.

Honorable Mention – Speedy Gonzales

Speedy Gonzales may not come to mind when considering Super Hero’s or in the case Super Mice, but what do you call a mouse that can out run a rocket? If that’s not super speed, I don’t know what is! The animated cartoon character in the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies is portrayed as “The Fastest Mouse in all Mexico” . Arriba Arriba Andale Andale! Thank for Reading! That’s All Folks!
